The Conviction Table (“Event”) is organized and managed by Kattalyx Labs Pvt. Ltd. (“Organizer”, “Kattalyx Labs”, “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, “Participant” shall mean any individual or entity that registers for, attends, sponsors, partners with, exhibits at, speaks at, volunteers for, pitches at, invests through, or participates in the Event in any capacity, including but not limited to founders, startups, investors, venture capital firms, angel investors, incubators, accelerators, sponsors, partners, exhibitors, speakers, mentors, judges, volunteers, service providers, and attendees.

By registering for, attending, sponsoring, partnering with, exhibiting at, speaking at, volunteering for, pitching at, investing through, or otherwise participating in the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Registration & Participation

1.1 Registration for the Event is subject to approval, eligibility, and seat availability.

1.2 Kattalyx Labs Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to accept, reject, suspend, revoke, or cancel any registration, participation request, sponsorship, partnership, startup application, or attendance at its sole discretion without assigning any reason.

1.3 Participants must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and participation.

1.4 Providing false, misleading, fraudulent, or incomplete information may result in immediate disqualification or removal from the Event without refund.

1.5 Event registrations and passes are non-transferable unless expressly approved in writing by Kattalyx Labs Pvt. Ltd.

2. Startup Applications & Pitching

2.1 Submission of a startup application does not guarantee selection, pitching opportunities, funding, mentorship, partnerships, or any business outcome.

2.2 Startup participation and pitching opportunities are subject to curation and evaluation by the Organizer.

2.3 Kattalyx Labs Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to shortlist, reject, remove, or disqualify any startup at any stage of the process.

2.4 Evaluation criteria may include, but are not limited to:

3. Investor Participation

3.1 Investors, Venture Capital Firms, Angel Investors, Family Offices, Accelerators, Incubators, and Ecosystem Stakeholders participate voluntarily.

3.2 Participation by any investor shall not constitute a commitment, obligation, promise, or guarantee to invest in any startup.

3.3 Investor attendance does not guarantee funding, meetings, partnerships, acquisitions, mentorship, advisory engagements, commercial arrangements, or business opportunities.

3.4 Participation of a startup in The Conviction Table shall not be construed as an endorsement, recommendation, certification, verification, guarantee, or representation by Kattalyx Labs Pvt. Ltd. or The Conviction Table regarding the startup’s, viability, business model, financial performance, valuation, claims, or future prospects.

3.5 Investors are solely responsible for independently evaluating startups and conducting their own financial, commercial, technical, operational, and regulatory due diligence before making any investment or business decision.

4. Investment & Funding Disclaimer

4.1 The Event serves solely as a networking, startup discovery, startup pitching, and ecosystem engagement platform.

4.2 Kattalyx Labs Pvt. Ltd. does not provide investment advice, tax advice, financial advice, compliance services, valuation services, or due diligence services.

4.3 Kattalyx Labs Pvt. Ltd. and The Conviction Table act solely as event organizers and networking facilitators and do not verify, endorse, recommend, certify, or guarantee any startup, founder, investor, sponsor, mentor, business model, valuation, financial information, projections, claims, representations, legitimacy, viability, or future prospects presented by any participant.

4.4 Any investment, partnership, acquisition, advisory engagement, commercial agreement, collaboration, mentorship, revenue-sharing arrangement, or business transaction entered into before, during, or after the Event shall be solely between the concerned parties, including startup founder(s), startup entities, investor(s), venture capital firms, angel investors, incubators, accelerators, and/or any other parties directly involved in such arrangement.

4.5 Kattalyx Labs Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible or liable for:

5. Payments & Refund Policy

5.1 Registration fees, participation fees, sponsorship fees, partnership fees, exhibition fees, and associated charges are non-refundable unless expressly approved in writing by Kattalyx LabsPvt. Ltd.

5.2 Payment gateway charges, convenience fees, processing fees, and applicable taxes may be non-refundable.

5.3 Failure to attend the Event shall not qualify for any refund.

6. Event Changes & Cancellation

6.1 Kattalyx Labs Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify the Event schedule, venue, speakers, investors, agenda, format, activities, timelines, and arrangements without prior notice.

6.2 The Organizer may postpone, reschedule, relocate, suspend, or cancel the Event if deemed necessary.

6.3 Such modifications shall not create any liability on Kattalyx Labs Pvt. Ltd.

7. Photography, Video & Media Consent

7.1 By attending the Event, participants grant Kattalyx Labs Pvt. Ltd. permission to photograph, record video, record audio, conduct interviews, and collect testimonials during the Event.

7.2 Such content may be used for:

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Participants retain ownership of their intellectual property.

8.2 Participants are solely responsible for protecting confidential information disclosed during pitches, networking sessions, presentations, meetings, or discussions.

8.3 Kattalyx Labs Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for any unauthorized use, disclosure, copying, infringement, theft, or misuse of information shared by participants.

9. Data Privacy & Information Sharing

9.1 Participant information may be collected for:

9.3 Participant information such as contact details, professional details, company information, startup information, and other information provided during registration or participation, may be shared with:

9.4 If an investor, venture capital firm, angel investor, accelerator, incubator, or other participant expresses interest in a startup or founder participating in the Event, Kattalyx Labs Pvt. Ltd. may share the contact details and relevant professional information of the interested parties with each other to facilitate further discussions regarding investment, mentorship, collaboration, partnership, or other business opportunities.

9.5 Kattalyx Labs Pvt. Ltd. may receive sponsorship, branding, promotional, marketing, partnership, or other commercial benefits associated with such collaborations.

9.6 Participants who do not agree to such information sharing should not register for or participate in the Event.

10. Code of Conduct

10.1 Participants must maintain professional, respectful, and lawful behavior throughout the Event.

11.1 Sponsor and partner benefits shall be governed by separate agreements where applicable.

11.2 Kattalyx Labs Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify sponsor visibility, branding placements, marketing exposure, and promotional benefits based on operational requirements.

11.3 Sponsor participation does not guarantee specific business outcomes, leads, investments, partnerships, or commercial success.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 Kattalyx Labs Pvt. Ltd., The Conviction Table, and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, volunteers, partners, sponsors, affiliates, and associates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, financial, business, or investment losses, startup failures, disputes, fraud, misrepresentation, contractual disagreements, regulatory issues, claims, liabilities, costs, expenses, or damages of any nature whatsoever arising out of or relating to the Event, participation in the Event, any interaction between participants, or any investment, funding, commercial, business, partnership, or other decision made by any participant, investor, founder, startup, sponsor, partner, or third party.

12.2 Participants attend and participate entirely at their own will.

13. Force Majeure

Kattalyx Labs Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, modification, postponement, rescheduling, relocation, or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, civil unrest, technical failures, venue issues, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events.

14. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration & Jurisdiction

14.1 In the event of any dispute, claim, controversy, or disagreement arising out of or relating to the Event, participation in the Event, or these Terms & Conditions, the party raising the dispute shall first provide written notice of the dispute to the other party, and the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through mutual discussions and negotiations. If such mutual discussions are conducted in person, they shall take place only in New Delhi, India, and shall not be conducted in any other city, state, country or jurisdiction.

14.2 If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days from written notice, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

14.3 The seat and venue of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India, and shall not be conducted in any other city, state, country or jurisdiction.

14.4 The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by Kattalyx Labs Pvt. Ltd..

14.5 The arbitration proceedings may be conducted in English, Hindi, or a combination of both languages.

14.6 No participant shall initiate proceedings against Kattalyx Labs Pvt. Ltd. without first providing written notice of the dispute and allowing a reasonable opportunity for mutual resolution and arbitration.

14.7 Any dispute, claim, complaint, or proceeding arising out of or relating to the Event or these Terms & Conditions must first be addressed through mutual discussions and, if unresolved, through arbitration as provided in these Terms & Conditions. Only if a dispute remains unresolved despite mutual discussions and arbitration, then the proceedings shall be filed and pursued exclusively in the competent courts located in New Delhi, India. Participants agree not to file or pursue any such proceeding in any other city, state, country or jurisdiction.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
